An opportunity has arisen in our Thames Valley (Reading & Oxford) Lease Advisory team for an experienced and highly motivated individual to become part of our successful and expanding team. This role offers excellent career development prospects, working with a strong list of prestigious clients and instructions.
Joining our Lease Advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering strategic advice to our client base and further expanding it. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive property consultancy services, further enhancing your own and our reputation in the market.
You will be organised and motivated, with a proven track record in rent reviews and lease renewals.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a Chartered Surveyor
- Have a thorough understanding of and experience in the Lease Advisory market.
