Job Summary: Experience the best office in the world teaching Snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $20.00/hr
- Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available. For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Job Responsibilities:
- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
- Deliver world-class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
- Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods of time
- Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
- As a Non-Certified Ski Instructor, you have the ability to be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality which could include: Lift Experience, Mountain Activities, Food and Beverage Support, Base Area Operations, Retail Rental Operations.
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
We follow all federal, state, and local laws including restrictions on child/minor labour. Minors hired into this position will not be asked or permitted to engage in any activities restricted to adult workers.
