Estamos em busca de um Consultor Funcional Sênior para se juntar à equipe de um cliente do segmento de saúde. Se você tem vasta experiência com o sistema Microsiga e adora ajudar usuários a otimizarem suas operações, essa é a sua chance de fazer a diferença em um ambiente dinâmico e flexível.
Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
- Fornecer suporte operacional e funcional completo para todos os Key Users das diversas áreas da empresa, abrangendo todos os módulos do sistema Microsiga (exceto produção).
- Diagnosticar e resolver problemas, garantindo o uso eficaz e a otimização dos processos internos através do sistema.
- Colaborar com as equipes para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e garantir a estabilidade e performance do Microsiga.
Requisitos e Qualificações:
- Experiência sólida e comprovada como Consultor Funcional Microsiga Sênior ou função similar.
- Conhecimento funcional e operacional aprofundado de todos os módulos do Microsiga, com exceção dos módulos de produção.
- Inglês fluente (mandatório para comunicação diária).
- Habilidade para oferecer suporte eficaz e proativo, com foco na solução de problemas e satisfação do usuário.
- Residir na região de Campinas.

- Regime de trabalho predominante: Remoto.
- Disponibilidade para atividades presenciais pontuais em nossa unidade em Campinas.
