The Role: Vagaro is growing fast in the UK, and we're looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Executive to help drive it. The role is based full-time in our fantastic office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. What You'll Be Doing: You'll own the full sales cycle with salon, spa, fitness and wellness businesses. You'll find the right prospects, run demos, and close deals over the phone. Do this well and there's real room to grow your career with us. Compensation Details:
Compensation Details
- Base Salary: £43,000 - £50,000
- Annual On-Target Earnings: Up to £100,000
Your Impact
- Research and qualify Mid-Market salon, spa and fitness businesses in your territory
- Run high-volume outreach across calls, email, social, field days, partner days and networking
- Uncover prospects' pain points and assess fit against our ideal customer profile
- Deliver compelling product demos, handle objections and close new business over the phone
- Own your pipeline from first conversation to signed customer, hitting monthly targets
- Represent Vagaro at trade shows and industry events, building your network and winning business
- Learn our products and value proposition inside out, and how we win against competitors
- Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date, with a reliable forecast
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves
- Help improve our sales process and messaging
2 to 3+ years in a closing sales role, ideally SaaS or tech - A track record of hitting and beating revenue or new business targets
- Confidence running demos and closing over the phone
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with business owners quickly
- A self-starter mindset and energy for a fast-paced, high-activity environment
- Good organisation and the ability to manage a busy pipeline
- A team player who cares about measurable results
Nice to have
- A degree is a strong plus
- Knowledge of or passion for beauty, wellness or fitness
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft or ZoomInfo (training provided)
