A Vagabond Supervisor will support the management team in the daily operation of the shop with style and charisma. They will drive standards and ensure all team members are trained appropriately with energy and enthusiasm. They will be personable, acting as a people\’s person, standards checker, and motivator. The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Wine Wingperson (Guest Experience Guru): Guide guests through the world of Vagabond, recommend wines, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Till Tamer (Master of Buttons and Bites): Handle transactions smoothly and efficiently with a friendly attitude.
- Bar Boss-in-Action: Serve drinks confidently and with flair, creating a lively bar atmosphere.
- Wine Machine Whisperer: Restock and maintain wine dispensing machines to ensure smooth operation.
- Shift Captain (Ruler of the Floor): Manage shift operations, including cash handling and team coordination.
- Stock Sidekick (The Management\’s Secret Weapon): Assist with stock management, orders, and deliveries.
- Team Trailblazer: Support and motivate the team, provide training, and boost morale.
