A Vagabond Supervisor will be supporting the management team in the daily operation of the shop with style and charisma. They will be driving standards and ensuring that all team members are trained appropriately and with energy and enthusiasm. They will be the people’s person, filling the role of an agony aunt, high fiver and standards checker. Basically, an all-round legend.
Responsibilities
- Wine Wingperson (A.K.A. Guest Experience Guru): You’re the guide on every guest’s journey through the Vagabond experience. Pouring wine wisdom, making top-notch recommendations, and ensuring no one leaves wondering what a tannin is.
- Till Tamer (Master of Buttons and Bites): From ringing up rounds to taking food orders like a pro, you make the tills sing and the orders fly. Swift, smooth, and always with a smile.
- Bar Boss-in-Action: Serve drinks with confidence and flair, from sparkling to crafted cocktails, as the bar is your kingdom.
- Wine Machine Whisperer: Restocking, resetting, and resolving issues with dispensers and wine service to keep operations running smoothly.
- Shift Captain (Ruler of the Floor): Manage shift operations including cash handling, service flow, and team morale under expert guidance.
- Stock Sidekick (The Management’s Secret Weapon): Assist with orders, counts, and deliveries to keep wine supply and cellar in check.
- Team Trailblazer: Support, guide, and boost morale; train new staff and drive team performance during service.
