Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • The Guest Guru (A.K.A. The Face of the Place): You're the first hello, the guiding hand, and the last smile as guests leave. Whether they need a wine recommendation or just a top‑up, you've got them covered.
  • Master of the Pour (and the Plate): Delivering drinks and food like a pro‑quick, smooth, and always with a touch of flair. Bonus points for making it look effortless.
  • Upsell Wizard (Because More Wine = More Fun): You know the menu inside and out, and you're not afraid to share your wisdom. Whether it's guiding a guest to their new favorite wine or tempting them with that irresistible cheese board, you've got the magic touch.
  • Clean Scene Commander: A tidy table is a happy table. You'll be clearing, resetting, and keeping the venue looking sharp so every guest walks into a space that feels as fresh as a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
