The Role: You're not just an Assistant General Manager—you're a GM in training, a reliable source of knowledge, motivation, and leadership. You'll be the right hand to our General Manager, ensuring the team is performing well and guests leave satisfied. No Sommelier? No Stress! All levels of wine knowledge are welcome.
