Role Summary and Impact
Reporting to a Director or above within the Analytics Team, the Project Manager is responsible for project managing analytics projects across multiple projects. You are responsible for all things project management related be that on client analytics projects or internal operations projects. Your ultimate aim is to do everything you can so that projects can be delivered on time. It requires a combination of leadership, communication skills, project management expertise and dedication.

The successful applicant to this role would have 10+ years experience in project management within the media or analytics industries. You will be confident in a wide variety of project management approaches and softwares, with the ability to drive best practice approaches in this space.
More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for team resource management, alongside Directors and Account Leads to ensure we have the right people across the right work so that projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Independently manage all aspects of projects running across multiple clients.
- Draw up detailed project plans and keep projects on track accordingly, effectively managing delays through strong communication and understanding resource flexibility/restrictions over time.
- Ensure the smooth running of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure no project stages are skipped, and all teams align with the process.
- Ensure all scopes are recorded, delivered to and no scope creep is happening, unless billed for.
- Identify pressure points and help the team overcome these.
- Identify additional areas of process improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, other teams and other agencies.
- Organise meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Delegate up and down, co-ordinating between groups and disciplines.
- Oversee and ensure ways of working excellence within the analytics team.
- Develop new and improved processes and roll out new ways of working with a focus on embedding Project Management approaches across the wider team.
- Forge strong relationships with your key stakeholders.
- Support in the organisation of department trainings and onboarding new team members.
- Line manage junior project management team members with responsibility for their growth and development through regular feedback.
