?? IT Service Centre Analyst | Up to £28K | Hybrid (4 Days Office-Based)
I'm supporting a well-established UK business with a large national footprint that’s investing in its IT operations. They’re now looking for an IT Service Centre Analyst to join their growing Service Operations team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong 1st line support skills who enjoys solving technical issues, working directly with end users, and contributing to a positive service experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1st line IT support across incidents, requests, and access issues
- Logging, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets via phone, email, and portal
What They’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or 1st line support role
- Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Intune, Exchange
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Familiar with ITSM tools and service processes
- ITIL certification is a bonus
Work Setup:
- Hybrid: 4 days in the office – in South Yorkshire
- Full UK driving licence preferred
