Responsibilities
- Manage junior staff within the Business Analyst team
- Develop knowledge of Moody's Credit Rating Models and Scorecards
- Assist in drafting requirements for model development
- Create user guides and train users on models and scorecards
- Draft and review Model Specification Documents
- Coordinate responses to model-related requests from internal and external parties
- Lead submissions of software updates and document model errors
- Train rating and analytical teams on models and scorecards

The Model and Methodology Development Group at Moody's oversees methodology, model, scorecard, and tool development. The Business Analyst Team owns the business logic, documentation, and approval processes.
