Full-time Administrative Assistant to our Office Manager to work Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and some Saturdays.

Job Description:

  • Breakdown of vehicle deals
  • Send paperwork to financial institutions
  • Title paperwork to the state
  • Process and follow up on payoffs
  • File paperwork
  • Order supplies
  • Answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Cover the reception desk during lunchtime
