KIA of East Hartford is growing, and we need to hire a Porter / Service Drive Assistant preferably with experience. This is a very fulfilling position assisting customers. Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and take pride in providing great customer service.
- Oversee the flow of the service drive and advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls that provide updates for customers and make appointments.
- Pick up and deliver cars to customers.
- Park, retrieve, and move vehicles to assist customers and staff.
- Maintain parking lots in an organized manner.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Experience is preferred but not required – we will train!
- Valid in-state driver's license and good driving record.

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
