The Role
Working across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and public sector sites, you'll deliver professional asbestos surveying, analytical and consultancy services in line with current legislation and industry best practice.
This is a field-based role involving travel to client sites, where you'll work independently and as part of a supportive, experienced technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSG264.
- Complete asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
- Undertake asbestos air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical services in accordance with HSG248.
- Supervise licensed asbestos removal projects.
- Produce accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
- Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and professionalism.
- Represent Bradley Environmental Consultants professionally on client sites.
Essential Requirements
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent).
- BOHS P403 and P404 (or equivalent).
- Ideally two years' asbestos industry experience.
- Working knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good IT skills (TEAMS experience beneficial but not essential).
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company).
