About Vadella

Vadella Group is a PE-backed compliance services business operating across the TIC market - fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, HVAC and health and safety consulting. We operate through a portfolio of specialist operating companies, each with their own identity and client base, supported by a Group infrastructure that enables them to grow. We are in a period of significant and deliberate growth, expanding our portfolio through acquisition and scaling our people and operational infrastructure accordingly. It is an exciting time to be joining the Group team.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6 month FTC to support the Group TA Manager, as we scale hiring across all five operating companies and integrate new businesses. This is a high-volume, hands-on role. The primary need is someone who can take ownership of CV screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling and ATS management. You’ll be working across multiple brands simultaneously, with a broad range of operational and technical roles. The role is fully remote. We’d prefer someone based in the North of England who can meet up with the Group TA Manager periodically and there may be some travel when needed to potential operating companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening
    • Screen inbound applications across multiple operating companies and role types
    • Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess suitability, motivation and fit
    • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals where needed
    • Build and maintain talent pools for recurring hiring needs
  • ATS & Process Management
    • Own day-to-day ATS management (Employment Hero) - keeping records accurate, up to date and compliant
    • Coordinate interview scheduling across hiring managers and candidates
    • Manage job postings across relevant platforms and ensure adverts are live and optimised
    • Identify process improvements as the TA function develops
  • Hiring Manager Support
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for hiring managers across the Operating Companies throughout the hiring lifecycle
    • Provide clear candidate updates and manage expectations on timelines
    • Support the production of job adverts and role briefs
  • Cross-Group Collaboration
    • Develop working knowledge of each operating company’s culture, structure and typical hiring needs
    • Represent the Group TA function consistently and professionally
    • Support any M&A-related hiring activity as new businesses are integrated

What We’re Looking For:

Essential

  • Previous recruitment experience - in-house TA team or agency background both considered
  • Hands-on experience recruiting operational and technical field-based roles
  • Comfortable working with an ATS and managing candidate data
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball
  • Strong communicator - clear, professional and responsive
  • Self-sufficient and proactive - you don’t need to be told twice
  • Comfortable working remotely with a degree of autonomy

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting across multiple business units or brands
  • Familiarity with Employment Hero or similar ATS platforms
  • Exposure to fast-growth, PE-backed or multi-site environments
  • Based in the North of England

What’s in It for You:

  • Fully remote role with genuine flexibility
  • Real exposure to a PE-backed Group TA function being built from scratch
  • Variety - six brands, broad role types, real pace
  • A 6-month FTC with the potential for the right person to grow with us
  • Perkbox benefits platform
  • 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays
