About the Opportunity
- Pension and benefits administration
- Onboarding and recruitment
Maintains electronic records for employees in HRIS and updates the employee self-service tool within the application.
Updates HR documentation, job descriptions, employee handbook, and department manuals.
Coordinates the employee recognition programs
Administers pension plans, including communication with relevant parties, processing retirements or survivor benefits, preparing annual statements, regulatory filings, and audits.
Coordinates internal Community Involvement Committee and initiatives.
Supports the Coordinator of Recruitment & Employment and the Coordinator of Communication as needed.
Performs other projects, initiatives, and duties as required.
