Salary: 42,000 per annum Location: City of London, EC2M 2AT Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Chef Manager and wider team to produce exciting, fresh and imaginative food, with as much made from scratch as possible. Support a varied hospitality offer, from formal and informal breakfasts and lunches to events, buffets and everything in between. Help develop menus with a modern European feel, while bringing in inspiration and flavours from further afield. Take pride in the detail and presentation of every dish, making sure food is consistently fresh, delicious and well presented.
