Location: SEB, 1 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5AN
Rate of Pay: £39,000 - £40,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
- Help create staff & fine dining menus
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
- To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
- To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
- To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
- Cooking for up to 150 people per day
Our ideal candidate will have a contract catering background.
