Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (Flexibility to work overtime and evenings)

Salary: 35,200 per annum

Location: E1 6PW

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a kitchen section, delivering high-quality food for hospitality events and functions ranging from 50-300 covers.
  • Prepare, cook, and present food to exceptional standards for external guests and corporate clients.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu planning, service delivery, and daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage stock, minimise waste, and assist with food costing and stock takes.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, allergen, and health regulations.
