Location: SE1 2AU
Rate of Pay: £30,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs by washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients, and preparing basic dishes as needed
- Keep kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitised in line with hygiene standards
- Dispose of food waste and recycling properly, and ensure bins are emptied regularly
- Receive, unpack, and store deliveries, checking for quality and expiration dates
- Washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring all equipment and areas are sanitized to maintain a safe working environment
