Location: LBG Old Broad Street
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + 1.5 overtime
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00-15:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering up to 10 executive fine dining breakfasts and lunches daily, alongside up to 100 working lunches/finger foods and up to 100 plated fine dining covers for lunch/dinner events, depending on the schedule.
- Creating and executing high-quality fine dining plated dishes, as well as modern and elevated hot/cold buffets, canapés, bowls, and finger foods for a range of corporate and private events.
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations including food preparation, service, stock control, and compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Supporting the Head Chef with menu input, maintaining exceptional culinary standards, and stepping up to lead in their absence.
- Managing a small core team including 1 CDP and 2 KPs, with additional agency staff during peak periods, ensuring smooth service and team cohesion.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving, adaptability, and a proactive attitude with a hunger for continuous learning and professional development.
