Location : E14 5EY

Rate Of Pay : £46,000 – £48,000 per annum , overtime available

Working Pattern : Monday – Friday , 07:00 – 16:30 , 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be looking after all hospitality in the building which includes 21 meeting rooms, 2 large meeting spaces, with a hospitality brochure, al a carte restaurant and 1 private dining room
  • Looking after a team of 10 with two Sous Chef as support
  • Responsible for cooking meals such as breakfast , a la carte restaurant foods and finger food
  • Serving anywhere between 30 – 500 people a day split between the hospitality meeting rooms,Talent Academy, large meeting spaces and restaurant area
  • Create and refine menus, keeping up with culinary trends and incorporating seasonal ingredients, while also developing new recipes and dish concepts.
  • Manage the kitchen\’s budget, oversee stock, and ensure efficient use of resources to minimise costs
  • Lead kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to standards and are trained effectively
