Salary: 65,000 per annum Working Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Location: South West London Key Responsibilities Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations. Lead, develop and manage a team of 70+ staff, ensuring all team members remain up to date with COSHH, Food Hygiene and other relevant training. Oversee 2 sites based in the South West London area. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Lead all hospitality and catering operations across the sites, ensuring high standards of food, service and customer experience.
