Event Co-Ordinator
to join our team in
London
at a prestigious B&I workplace site.

Location: London, EC2V 5DD

Salary: £32,500 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Hospitality Manager in the management of the booking process for the onsite event space
  • Supporting Hospitality manager in goods receipting on Compass portal, inputting stock data and chasing supplier invoices for prompt payments
  • Assisting with events in the spaces to include guest management, recording activities and service briefing in hospitality managers absence.

  • Working with Innovation & Guest Experience to advertise events out to staff/stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Well-organised, process-driven, and action-orientated
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a venue management/bookings co-ordination role
  • Knowledge of Canva and Photoshop (highly desirable)
  • Must be flexible as this role will involve some evening work
