Salary: 45,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:30-16:00, 40 hours per week

Location: EC3V 0BG

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the catering account, taking full ownership of day-to-day hospitality operations across 12 meeting rooms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service delivery.
  • Remain hands-on in the kitchen, producing high-quality, creative food for a discerning client base, with a strong focus on presentation and consistency.
  • Plan and deliver meeting room catering and occasional evening events (1-2 per month), ensuring client requirements are met to a premium standard.
  • Manage and develop the FOH Supervisor, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Build strong relationships with the client, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety, health.
