Catering and Events Manager

This position is predominantly Monday – Friday between 8am to 6pm however there a few weekends in the year when you will be required to be flexible.

This is a lovely site that hosts conferences, meetings and occasional evening drinks for parties of 15 to 150pax max. There is a small onsite team to manage which includes Head Chef, Chef De -Partie and 3 Front of House Team members.

This is a commercial operation so understanding a P&L is crucial.

We seen this position being 70% floor based with 30% of time spent doing admin.
