Vacherin is seeking a Retail and Hospitality Sous Chef to join our Investec contract catering operation in London. Salary £42,000 per annum; Location: EC2V 7QP; Shift pattern: Mon-Fri, 7:00-15:30, 40 hours per week.
You will support the Head Chef in managing a busy staff restaurant, lead a team of 3 Chef de Parties, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and service during high-volume service periods.
