We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at a prestigious workplace site in London.
- Working Pattern
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 7:30am - 6:30pm
- Location
- London, EC1A 9HP
- Rate of Pay
- £33,000 per annum plus event overtime paid at a premium of 1.5
- Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Liaising between the team and manager to ensure we continually exceed expectations
- Managing a team of 7 FOH & 6 BOH team members
- Report directly to the General Manager at site
- Assisting the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
- Managing the tills and processing payments
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Assisting with paperwork when required
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
