Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our dynamic team on Liverpool Street. We specialize in preparing a variety of international cuisines from scratch. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your existing skills and learn even more in a vibrant and busy environment. We are looking for a Sous Chef to work across our Bistro, Street Food, Composite Salad and Hospitality sections. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef from a busy retail/hospitality background.
We are specialists in-house staff dining that tops the high street, hospitality and corporate fine dining for any and every occasion, and front-of-house services that create a lasting first impression. We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all service solution; our services are crafted to suit every individual client. Our focus on health and wellbeing drives our approach to delicious food and drink, creating a buzzing and social experience that sustains, motivates and supports a happy and healthy workforce. Our client base includes financial institutions, media companies, conference venues and high-tech workspaces. Responsibilities
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
- To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are \’picture perfect\’ every time
- To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
- To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
