Salary: £60,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Liverpool Street, London
About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Head Chef who can run a flagship kitchen today, while helping shape where it goes next.
You'll take full ownership of the food offer and kitchen operation at one of our flagship London site, while also playing a genuine role in shaping menus that draw on global flavours, modern trends and the best produce around. It's a rare mix of hands-on leadership and creative input, ideal for a chef who wants to build something, not just run it.
You'll lead and develop a talented brigade, build a kitchen culture people want to be part of, and hold food quality, presentation and operational standards to the highest bar. Alongside the culinary craft, you'll bring real commercial instinct, forging strong client relationships and pushing innovation at every turn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of a flagship kitchen, reporting to the Executive Chef and working closely with the Account Chef Director.
  • Inspire, mentor and develop a team of 1 Senior Sous and 5 Sous Chefs and a wider team of 23, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous development.
  • Champion the delivery of exceptional, restaurant-quality food, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Menus that reflect current food trends, celebrate the finest produce and exceed client and guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop bespoke and engaging food concepts that keep the offer fresh and relevant/ inspiring.
  • Manage ordering, stock control and supplier relationships to ensure the highest quality ingredients are always available while maintaining strong cost controls.
  • Drive consistency across all food production, ensuring quality, presentation and service standards are delivered every day.
  • Lead by example in maintaining exemplary food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, ensuring full compliance with all legislation and company policies.
  • Coach, mentor and support the development of your team through regular feedback, inductions, probation reviews and performance management.
