Kitchen Manager to join our team in

London.

Rate of Pay: £40,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, )Availability from 6am - 4:30pm - Overtime may be required due to events)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and service
  • Operate within a CPU model, with small amounts of on-site preparation
  • Prepare cold food items on site and maintain full HACCP control and responsibilities
  • Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Maintain compliance with UK food hygiene, health and safety regulations
  • Control stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Monitor budgets, food costs, and waste reduction
  • Plan menus to meet customer and business needs
  • Implement cleaning schedules and allergen controls
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and faults are reported promptly
  • Support recruitment, rota management, and staff performance management
