Location: South West London
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations.
- Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering.
- Oversee 2 sites based in the South West London area.
- Lead, develop and manage a team of 70+ staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant training.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business.
- Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within contract catering, ideally with 5 years management experience.
- Managed sites with retail and hospitality on site.
- Able to manage external stakeholders and have a proven ability to build great relationships with clients.
