Location: 1 Fitzroy Place, 6 Mortimer St, London W1T 3JJ
Rate of Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
- Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
- Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
- Manage general administrative tasks.
