Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of 7 FOH & BOH personnel.
- Provide breakfast and lunch on site in the Cafe.
- Provide staff dining and hospitality on site.
- Assist with organising any events or pop ups for the client.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
