Are you passionate about food, drink and service, want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team — and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for a Catering Manager to join our team in London.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
  • Overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
  • Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Identifying opportunities for new service concepts to drive sales
  • Liaising between customers and our internal teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
  • Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
  • Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams up to 150 covers per day

Setup: Coffee shop, staff dining, small hospitality, all on one floor. Basic breakfast service every day (max 30 people). Lunch (buffet style) service only on Tue-Wed-Thu (average lunch service 60 people).

Experience

Strong contract catering background in retail (staff dining) with good understanding of hospitality (minimum 5 years experience in catering).
