Salary: £13.85 per hour, overtime is paid at x1.5 £23.04
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday‑Friday
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high‑quality food that delights our customers
- Work closely with the General Manager to support smooth daily operations, mentor junior staff, and help manage peak service with precision
- Ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and tidiness are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining food standards during breakfast, lunch and events
- Responsible for receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
- Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Representing CH & CO and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
