Pay Rates

• Day Shift: £15.12 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: £17.00 per hour

Blue Arrow is seeking skilled Forklift Drivers to join a leading global manufacturer of heating systems. Afternoon shift availability is key for this role, so flexibility is a must. Successful candidates who pass the on-site practical assessment can start immediately.

What We\’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months recent experience operating a Reach Truck.
• Valid, accredited D2 Reach Truck (over 8m) and Counterbalance licenses (in‑house certificates not accepted).
• Ability to work across different shifts when required.
• Physical capability for line‑feeding tasks, including moving boxes/pallets, operating various MHE, and managing changeovers efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Morning: Mon‑Thu 06:00–14:30, Fri 06:00–12:00
• Afternoon: Mon‑Thu 14:30–23:00, Fri 12:00–18:00 (Afternoon shift flexibility is essential.)

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to production lines.
• Assisting with smooth changeovers.
• Goods in/out, loading and unloading.
• General FLT duties.
• Maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
