The team The Private Client Verticals team brings together passionate specialists focused on enhancing user experience, content, and product development for Private Client lawyers. Dedicated to this critical area of law, the team drives continuous improvement, grows a strong user network, and ensures processes are optimised through effective use of automation.

As a custodian of the brand, you will be responsible for building awareness, driving recognition, and accelerating adoption of products within Private Client, positioning it as a brand that lawyers in this field know, trust, and value. You will deliver campaigns that connect with the hearts and minds of Private Client lawyers while maintaining a clear and compelling brand. In doing so, you will play a key role in shaping vertical marketing and driving the adoption of solutions that enable Private Client lawyers to deliver better, more accessible legal services.

What you'll do They're seeking a driven and strategic Verticals Marketer to lead their go-to-market efforts across Private Client. In this role, you'll own the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies tailored to this specific vertical, building relevance, deepening customer engagement, and driving growth. Reporting to the Vertical Head of Private Client and working closely with the wider UK & global marketing team members, you'll collaborate with product, sales, content, and customer success teams to create compelling value propositions and targeted campaigns that resonate with Private Client lawyers.

  • Develop and execute a Private Client vertical marketing strategy: Aligned with broader go-to-market objectives.
  • Audience & market research: Identify key personas, pain points, and buying behaviours within Private Client to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch and administer multi-channel campaigns tailored to the Private Client vertical audience, including paid media, email, webinars, podcasts, events, and thought leadership.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with area of law specialists and product teams to develop area of law-specific assets such as whitepapers, blog posts, landing pages, and videos.
  • Customer Advocacy: Source and promote customer success stories and testimonials.
  • Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance of campaigns and optimise based on insights. Deliver regular reports on KPIs and ROI.

What you'll bring 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with at least 3 years focused on vertical or industry specific marketing. Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategy. Proven experience in tailoring messaging and content to specific industries. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), and analytics platforms.

What does success look like? Significant improvement to engagement and conversion rates across Private Client, due to the delivery of tailored strategies that resonate with target audiences. Clear and consistent positioning and messaging embedded across both marketing and sales, enabling aligned, impactful communication with target audiences. Strong pipeline contribution from vertical-specific campaigns.
