About Us
Our client is on a mission: to help legal professionals reclaim their time with AI they actually trust. Join a team transforming how lawyers work every day. Our client's product is evolving from a research tool into a comprehensive 'AI Legal Solution' capable of automating drafting, contract intelligence, and matter analysis. While they integrate with major practice management systems, they are now moving direct-to-market, providing a solution that can function independently via cloud-based folder structures. These roles are a foundational hire for their UK expansion, growing a dynamic local team of specialists.
What You'll Do
- Legal AI Verification: Serve as a subject matter expert by peer-reviewing and auditing AI-generated legal outputs to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with UK standards.
- Product Evolution: Act as the critical bridge between the UK market and the Sydney-based development team, providing direct feedback to refine the AI's capabilities.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as the face of the brand for law firms within your speciality, owning the relationship from initial sale and onboarding through to long-term adoption.
- Market Engagement: Step outside the traditional office bounds to lead webinars, engage in public speaking, and act as a thought leader in the LegalTech space.
- Operational Ownership: As an early UK hire, you will handle multifaceted tasks—from invoice verification and product testing to designing the customer engagement framework.
What You Bring
- Legal Expertise: Ideally 5 years of practice in your specific vertical.
- The 'Specialist-Generalist' Mindset: You are a master of your legal craft but possess the 'go-getter' energy required to handle commercial, technical, and marketing tasks.
- Technical Curiosity: You are the person who 'geeks out' over product design and has seen the inefficiencies of billable hours, thinking: 'There has to be a better way.'
- Communication: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage high-level conversations with firm partners and hands-on sessions with administrative teams.
Whats In It For You?
- Meaningful Impact: You aren't just a cog in a machine; you are building the future of how law is practised in the UK.
- Autonomy & Growth: Report directly to the Head of UK Operations during this high-growth phase, with clear paths into management as the team scales.
- Stability & Scale: Enjoy the creative freedom of a startup with the financial backing and infrastructure of a global leader in legal software.
- UK Benefits: Access to a comprehensive benefits package (pension, etc.).
- Modern Work Style: A hybrid contract designed for flexibility and focus.
