Your Role: Regional Executive Recruiter
As a Regional Executive Recruiter, you will act as a strategic advisor and key partner to the foundation’s regional offices and leadership teams. Your primary responsibility will be to lead senior-level hiring and talent planning across regions such as Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and Asia.
You will design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract mission-aligned talent, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and provide market insights to support organizational growth. Your work will directly impact the foundation’s ability to scale its global reach through talented leadership.
This role reports into the Talent Acquisition team and requires collaboration across multiple time zones, geographies, and departments.

Strategic Talent Planning
Serve as a talent advisor to regional leaders by understanding their goals and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure hiring plans are integrated into broader organizational workforce strategies.Inclusive Sourcing & Leadership Search
Design and implement targeted, inclusive strategies to build a diverse pipeline of senior leaders and specialized professionals. Use tools such as LinkedIn, Beamery, Talent Neuron, and Workday to map global talent markets.End-to-End Recruitment Execution
Lead all stages of executive-level recruitment, including role scoping, outreach, candidate engagement, interviews, selection, and offer negotiation. Ensure every step reflects the foundation’s values and commitment to equity.Market Intelligence & Data-Driven Strategy
Provide market analysis, talent insights, and hiring metrics to inform hiring decisions and anticipate future needs. Leverage data to forecast a 12-month hiring roadmap.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with other executive recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to share best practices, support regional talent initiatives, and promote continuous improvement in recruitment processes.Project & Initiative Management

Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a dynamic, values-driven recruiter who brings the following:
Proven experience leading executive-level recruitment, ideally within global development, international NGOs, or large multinational organizations.
Demonstrated success sourcing leadership talent in emerging markets, particularly across Africa, Asia, and Southeast Asia.
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills; able to balance day-to-day execution with long-term talent planning.
Experience using recruitment technologies and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery, Workday, and market analysis tools.
Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders across diverse cultural contexts.
High levels of personal integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20–25% of the time.
