Telesales Executive
to join our growing team, based at our Head Office in
Mildenhall
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, outgoing and commercially minded person who loves talking to people and knows how to turn a good conversation into a great business opportunity. You'll be working alongside a wider team, each with their own areas of responsibility, while taking sole ownership of the telesales function. Your role will be key to
re-engaging lapsed customers, increasing sales opportunities and growing revenue across our nationwide client base. What will you be doing? Your main focus will be on developing the relationships we already have and creating new opportunities from our existing client base. You'll be responsible for: ??
Contacting lapsed and existing clients
to re-engage them and identify opportunities to bring their business back. Making regular contact with our established client base
and introducing relevant new products and services. Upselling and increasing customer spend per venue
, identifying opportunities that genuinely add value to our clients. Building and nurturing long-term relationships
with hospitality clients across the UK. Following up on
warm leads and enquiries
and converting opportunities into sales. Creating new sales opportunities through proactive telephone contact. Maintaining accurate customer records and activity using our
CRM system
. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team to maximise customer opportunities. Helping to increase overall
income and revenue
through excellent customer engagement. There will be
some cold calling
