Our very well regarded and world leading client based in new offices in Lutterworth is now in the market for a Customer Support Administrator to join their Client Services Team in Lutterworth. The role is very varied and this position is being offered initially for a 6-month duration, with a clear view to go permanently at the end of this contract. Our client is well regarded as one of the most prestigious companies to work for in this area.

Principal Purpose

The Service Support team are the primary contact for all customer support related to installed assets. Deliver a consistent and high level of Customer Service, ensuring timely logging, high accuracy and proactive and detailed maintenance of cases with effective customer communication. Work collaboratively with the Service / Applications Engineers, Service Managers and broader Customer Support Teams to deliver a best-in-class service. The customer support team are ambassadors for the company, placing highest priority on meeting customer needs, meeting overall business performance targets.
