The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing applicant enquiries, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers to successfully match tenants with suitable properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords
- Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
- Proactively generating new business opportunities and landlord instructions
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity

Key Requirements
