We are a market-leading estate agency with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional service and results across the Cambridge property market. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our high-performing team.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department. You will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business
  • Managing applicant enquiries
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers to successfully match tenants with suitable properties

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords
  • Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company procedures
  • Managing administrative duties related to lettings transactions

Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role is preferred. A full UK driving licence is essential, and local knowledge of the Cambridge property market is advantageous.
