About the apprenticeship
The apprenticeship offers a new adventure for someone who can organise, commit, motivate and deliver customer service our Specsavers visitors love.
Duties
Provide top‑notch advice, a warm welcome, handle orders, process payments and deliver high‑quality products and service.
Pre‑screening, collections and dispensing
While employed as an Apprentice you will work toward a nationally recognised Apprenticeship – Level 2 or 3 Customer Service. This is delivered in‑workplace by Inspiro Learning, with regular visits from a regional trainer who will support and encourage you throughout the apprenticeship.

Level 2 or 3 Customer Service Framework
Each framework includes a diploma/certificate that demonstrates practical skills, a technical certificate confirming knowledge and understanding, and functional skills in maths and English. You will be assessed throughout the apprenticeship and complete the qualification based on your job role competencies. Assessment is by observation, professional discussion, Q&A and self‑study.
