About the apprenticeship
Duties will include learning the skills and methods needed to complete your Apprenticeship, working for this company offering a range of electrical services from electrical installations, electrical maintenance (Reactive and Planned), electrical inspection and condition reports (EICR), fire and emergency lighting installation and maintenance, UPS and generator installation, thermo-graphic surveys and lightning and surge protection.
Whilst in full-time employment you will undertake the following qualifications:
- NVQ Diploma in Engineering Maintenance and Installation
- VRQ Diploma in Electrical Installation
- Essential Skills in Application of Number, Communication and Digital Literacy
Before applying for this position please ensure you are able to travel to and from the place of employment in Penarth and to the XR Training Centre in Pyle once a week. You will be employed full-time as an Apprentice by this company based in Penarth. You will be enrolled onto a Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering.
