Ynglyn â chi: Bydd gan ein hymgeisydd delfrydol gymhwyster addysgu (darparu hyfforddiant), ynghyd â chymhwyster Lefel 3 mewn disgyblaeth berthnasol a phrofiad diwydiannol perthnasol. Mae angen cymwysterau Lefel 2 mewn Mathemateg a Saesneg hefyd (TGAU neu gyfwerth). Mae myfyrwyr wrth wraidd popeth a wnawn, ac rydym am iddynt ein gadael wedi cael mwy nag addysg yn unig.

Gyda’r 8 diwrnod o wyliau cyhoeddus/banc ar ben hyn, gallech elwa o 59 diwrnod o wyliau blynyddol fel Darlithydd.

Dyma yw cydbwysedd bywyd-gwaith. Mae gennym ystod o opsiynau gweithio hyblyg posibl ar gael gan gynnwys absenoldeb sabothol a rhannu swydd, lle mae'n bodloni anghenion y Coleg. Mae buddion salwch yma yn hael, ac mae staff hefyd yn cael mynediad am ddim i iechyd galwedigaethol annibynnol, y Llinell Gymorth Cymorth i Weithwyr, llinell gymorth rheoli bywyd a chymorth personol 24 awr.
