Behaviour, Wellbeing, and Safeguarding Coordinator

Walsall College currently has an opportunity for a Behaviour, Wellbeing, and Safeguarding Coordinator to join our dedicated team in ensuring our students are supported in all aspects of safeguarding.

This is a vital role, and the post holder will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of student support services, including:

  • Safeguarding
  • The Prevent Duty
  • Behaviour and Attitudes
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing

The role will ensure the delivery of an excellent student experience in these areas. You will be a key advocate for ensuring that every student matters, especially our most vulnerable and underrepresented students.

Demonstrable experience in delivering safeguarding services is essential, along with experience communicating and liaising with external partners and students. For full specification requirements, please refer to the job description.
