DesignLab Nation connects the V&A with regional museum partners, schools and designers. From programme year 10 onwards, this role will help partners deliver high-quality regional projects and capture learning from the programme for future schools work.
This role manages the programmes at three partner museums and galleries currently in Hull, Middlesbrough, and Stoke-On-Trent. Each partner works with local three secondary schools per year, local designers, and local industry to share the rich making heritage in the region. The partner schools use a design thinking process over the course of four sessions based and both the partner site and the V&A South Kensington.
This role would requires good project experience of management skills, budgeting, and management of multiple stakeholders. The role requires travel and overnight stays within England. All travel, accommodation and expenses are covered.
