We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our manufacturing team, working in our systems-assembly department.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembling and building automated machinery and equipment to detailed engineering drawings
- Provide guidance and instruction within a team of mechanical fitters
- To be actively involved in task management.
- Leading small mechanical teams
- Extensive use of a range of power and hand tools to assemble the parts
- Carrying out testing, fault finding and diagnostics inspections of the build to ensure everything meets our high standards
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- The role will involve travel to customer sites both in the UK and overseas, therefore a valid passport and the ability to travel is an essential requirement of the role.
